We reacted to the gradually sloping site by defining three, separate blocks of accommodation.
Two apartment blocks - accessed from a podium level with car parking below – address Tollcross Road, while a two-storey terrace reacts with the reduced scale of Fullarton Avenue and provides a southern boundary to the development. All three blocks interact with a continuous brick wall which establishes horizontal continuity.
