Alterations to Existing Dwelling at
Bearsden, Glasgow
The clients wished to allow natural light into the first floor landing of their existing bungalow style house. They were also enthusiastic to create a dramatic space that could be used as more than just a landing.
The form and materials have been designed such that the new window/alcove space flows organically from the existing stair and landing but feels distinct and separate from within.
