Situated between Dumbarton Road and the Clyde, this former scrap yard site now houses 42 two bedroom apartments arranged over 4 storeys between two main blocks.
The constricted nature of the site called for a linear approach to development, with Block 1 occupying the narrow East end of the site, and the larger Block 2 occupying the longer North end of the site.
The building was realised using a mixed palette of brick, stone and render to reflect the nature of the surrounding buildings.
