Riach Partnership were appointed to provide design proposals for the upgrading of this B-Listed mid terrace townhouse in Glasgow’s West End.

The existing layout remained largely unchanged with our proposals remaining sympathetic to the building’s unique character. The main alterations took place on the garden level with the inclusion of a home cinema and large, open plan family room looking onto the garden.

With a master suite on the first floor and a further four bedrooms, as well as a games room; study; formal living area and large kitchen, this project was completed on time and much to the client's satisfaction.
