Riach Partnership have been appointed to provide design proposals for the upgrading of this B-Listed mid terrace townhouse in Glasgow’s West End.

The existing layout will remain largely unchanged with our proposals remaining sympathetic to the building’s unique character. The main alterations take place on the garden level with the inclusion of a home cinema and large, open plan family room looking onto the garden.

A master suite is proposed on the first floor with a further four bedrooms planned for the property, as well as a games room; study; formal living area and large kitchen.

The proposals were submitted for Planning and Listed Building Consent in April 2008.
