Riach Partnership were asked to design a small extension on the front of an existing cottage in Kilgreggan. The cottage enjoys a waterfront location and our design sought to maximise the views across the water, whilst being mindful of the exposed orientation of the house.
The simple, glass single storey extension helps to redefine the internal living space of the property with a glass roof light ensuring the internal spaces behind the new addition remain light and airy.
