A unique piece of land in Clydeside called for a sensitive approach to create fifty one 4 and 5 bedroom villas. Bounded by the river clyde to the west, the site topography inspired us to produce designs for an intraverted masterplan with a main, green boulevard acting as the access spine.
Off this, a series of more intimate cul-de-sacs were formed which took advantage of the mature, green boundary to the north, east and south.
