The Larchgrove Site offers an opportunity to create a new residential development on an existing training and education campus in the East End of Glasgow.
The feasibility initially focussed on information gathering and consultation whicn included a full environmental survey, including such things as a tree condition and species survey, existing utilities and topography before strategic road layouts and drainage strategies were overlayed.
The residential layout proposed offers in excess of 120 residential units in a mix of flatted, terraced and detached unit types across a range of social and private housing models.
