Riach Partnership were appointed to provide design proposals for the upgrading of this B-Listed mid terrace townhouse in Glasgow's West End.

The existing layout remains largely unchanged with our proposals remaining sympathetic to the building's unique character. The main alterations take place on the garden level with the inclusion of a home cinema and large, open plan family room looking onto the garden.

A master suite was created on the first floor with a further four bedrooms throughout the property, as well as a games room; study; formal living area and large kitchen.
