Colin Kinnear - Director

Colin graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art in Dundee with a BArch RIAS and went on to spend the early part of his career working for several Glasgow based practices.
During his fifteen years with McGurn Logan Duncan an Opfer, Colin established himself as an Associate Director and latterly Director, delivering numerous comprehensive tenement improvement projects for Yorkhill and Charing Cross Housing Associations.
The width of Colin's expertise was broadened following his decision to start his own practice in 1997 and then to collaborate with his current co-director Rikki Crotch a year later which would ultimately lead to Colin becoming a Director of the Riach Partnership Ltd following the merger in 2002.
As Director, Colin has been responsible for the completion of several residential projects for local Housing Associations and is currently working with Govanhill Housing Association to deliver 36 new build units at Cathcart Road.
